Hosting, one standard domain, routine technical upkeep and small changes to existing pages. The One-Page plan includes up to 30 minutes of editing each month, Starter includes 1 hour and Business includes 2 hours. Unused time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted before work begins.
When do monthly payments start, and can I cancel?
Monthly billing begins when your website launches and is paid in advance. There is no minimum term. Email us before the next billing date to stop renewal. The site remains active through the paid period, and we can help hand over the files and domain. See the cancellation terms for the details.
What will my website cost?
The One-Page Website is $99 upfront plus $60 per month; the Starter Website is $199 upfront plus $80 per month; and the Business Website is $350 upfront plus $110 per month. All prices are in AUD. Final pricing depends on your content, features and project scope. Your written quote confirms the inclusions and payment terms before you commit.
What do I need to provide?
A little about your business, your services and the action you want customers to take. If you have a logo, photos or written content, those help too. We can talk through what’s ready and what still needs to be prepared.
How long does a website take?
Timing depends on the size of the site, the features you need and when your content is ready. We’ll discuss a realistic timeline with your quote and agree on the key steps.
Can you refresh my current website?
Yes. Share the link and tell us what is and isn’t working. We’ll look at what you want to change and discuss whether an update or a redesign makes sense.
Can you help after launch?
Ongoing website updates are available. Your written quote sets out what your monthly plan includes. Any work outside that scope is quoted separately and agreed before it begins.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Yes. The monthly fee includes website hosting and registration or renewal of one agreed standard, non-premium domain. Premium domains, extra domains and paid third-party tools are quoted separately for your approval.
Do you work with businesses outside Broome?
Yes. Sitesides is based in Broome and works with small businesses across Western Australia. We can get started over email, wherever you’re based.
